The CCSIP is a quality improvement initiative and hospital outcomes reporting program supported by the California Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the University of California, Irvine. The CCSIP provides information about Heart Hospitals actively providing cardiac surgery and intervention services in California. Access to hospital-level procedural outcomes requires registration and agreement to confidentiality statement at CCSIP logon

Hospital administrators, surgeons, cardiologists and other healthcare personnel should register separately using a valid email address and password. Upon approval, individuals may then logon using their email address and this password which will allow access to the confidential areas of the site.

The CCSIP is currently supported by participating hospitals. Hospitals agreeing to to provide support pay a participation fee (currently $500 per hospital). To request an invoice, and W-9 form if necessary, contact CASTS at info@casts.org.
